Tell Congress to Support Sugar Reform
The Depression-era U.S. sugar program unnecessarily costs American consumers and businesses an $3.5 billion annually. The sugar program also puts in jeopardy 600,000 jobs in U.S. sugar-using industries. Reform of the costly sugar program could help create an additional 20,000 American jobs in the food industry each year.
It’s time for Congress to say YES to sugar reform.
